Unit Manager (LPN or RN)

Crystal Lake Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (LPN/RN) to provide clinical leadership and oversee daily nursing operations. Located at 395 Lakeside Boulevard, Bayville, NJ 08721, our facility is committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

• Oversee daily clinical operations and workflow on the assigned unit

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including LPNs, RNs, and CNAs

• Monitor resident care to ensure compliance with care standards and regulations

• Review and update care plans, documentation, and clinical records

• Administer medications and treatments as needed

• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families regarding care updates

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions

• Support infection control and quality improvement initiatives

• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to nursing staff

• Ensure adherence to facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Active New Jersey LPN or RN license

• Prior long-term care or skilled nursing experience required

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care
