What We’re Looking For
We are hiring caregivers with:
1+ year of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing)
Experience assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers)
Comfort working with dementia clients
Strong communication skills with families
Reliability and professionalism
Bonus if you have experience with:
Gait belts & safe transfers
Hospice support
Parkinson’s care
Stroke recovery
Fall prevention
Companion support with structure & engagement
What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on personal care assistance
Support clients with mobility and transfers
Assist with medication reminders
Prepare meals and light housekeeping
Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
Observe and report changes in condition
Communicate professionally with families and office team

Requirements
1+ year caregiving experience required
CNA/HHA certification preferred (if applicable in your state)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check
TB test (if required)
Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
Authorized to work in the U.S.
