Universal Banker

The Universal Banker is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while performing a variety of banking functions, including teller transactions, account opening, relationship building, and financial product referrals. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, helping identify financial needs and recommending appropriate banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and deepen relationships.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, must have at least 1-year cash handling experience, customer service and sales experience in a financial institution or retail environment. Previous banking/teller experience is preferred.

Skills: Demonstrated excellence in customer service, communication, and interpersonal relations. Ability to understand and apply banking regulations, policies, and procedures; maintain accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing; follow detailed instructions; effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and utilize basic computer applications and banking systems.
