Caregiver - NOC Shift

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and support to our seniors, helping them to live each day with dignity and joy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist residents with meals, snacks, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Support residents with ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities.
• Monitor residents’ comfort levels and promptly address needs and concerns.
• Health Monitoring & Documentation:
+ Monitor and record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake/output accurately.
+ Report any changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the Caregiver Coordinator or Executive Director.
+ Document all care, observations, and resident interactions in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resident Engagement & Activities:
+ Support residents in their daily activities, such as exercise, hobbies, and socializing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly valued.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Must demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support seniors.
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and related regulations preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
