Holiday Inn Express - Moline, IL (located next to the Quad City International Airport) is currently adding a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to our team! Must have weekend availability. We believe in a work/life harmony that fits our employees' lifestyles. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides high-quality customer service. Handles guest reservations.Answers and transfers phone calls.Handles guest check-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.Other duties as required with the department.
