Job Summary
Concept Care At Home brings a unique dynamic to home care. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities
• Provide companionship
• Assist with errands and shopping

Skills

• Caregiving experience, and experience working with older adults preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and families.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and respect towards all clients.
