Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
Facilitate group activities designed to meet the interests and well-being of each resident
Encourage activity involvement and track attendance
Assist in maintaining activity supplies and ensuring a clean and organized environment
Provide one-on-one activities and transportation services for residents
Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide patient-centered care and treatment
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA, and Federal Residents' Rights
Qualifications/Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
3 years of experience in an Activities Department in a Skilled Nursing Facility
