Compliance Administrator - Raleigh, NC - $24.00 - $26.00/hour
We're looking for a Compliance Administrator to keep a multi-state field operation on track. You'll be the person making sure certifications don't lapse, trucks stay legal, and payroll hours get entered correctly across every active project. This is a contract-to-hire position.
What You Will Do
- Upload completed work photos through the Sigma platform for customer documentation
- Enter CHR (certified payroll) hours through the company's portal for active construction projects; this is data entry, not payroll processing
- Track OSHA and equipment training certifications for a growing team of employees [confirm count], flagging upcoming expirations to the appropriate manager
- Track pesticide license expirations for employees and flag renewals before they lapse
- Track DMV inspections and registration renewals for a fleet of approximately 20 trucks (all NC-registered), flagging upcoming deadlines to the appropriate manager
- Maintain accurate, organized records across Sigma, Box, Procore, and the CHR portal
- Keep Excel-based tracking logs current and easy to audit
The Details
- Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour (paid weekly, direct deposit)
- Schedule: Remote, with most communication needed during standard business hours
- Type: Contract-to-hire, with conversion opportunity based on performance
- Location: Remote (minimal in-person requirement)

What We Are Looking For
- Strong Excel skills; comfortable building and maintaining tracking logs
- Experience navigating multiple software platforms at once (Sigma, Box, Procore, or similar systems)
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and stay on top of deadlines without close supervision
- Strong attention to detail; this role exists to catch expiring certifications and licenses before they become a problem
- No construction or field services background required; general compliance, admin, or data entry experience is a strong fit
