Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to support business objectives
• Manage and optimize marketing channels (social media, email, web, paid digital)
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Support brand consistency and messaging across all marketing materials
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity within the packaging sector

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required
• Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience (more preferred)
• Experience in the packaging industry strongly preferred
• Must reside near or be willing to relocate to Edinburgh, IN. This is an on-site role at the client's plant location
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (social media management, email marketing, analytics)
