- Support and grow the investment planning services practice.
- Work closely with senior advisors.
- Engage prospective clients, qualify investment opportunities.
- Set high-quality planning appointments.
- Assist with backend investment operations and client follow-through.
- Growth-oriented role with clear performance expectations (not just administrative).
Client Outreach & Qualification
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and targeted prospects.
- Conduct discovery conversations to assess client goals and fit.
- Qualify prospects for investment planning conversations.
- Schedule well-vetted appointments for senior advisors.
- Answer incoming phone calls for the office.
Investment & Operational Support
- Assist with IPS documentation, onboarding, and account setup.
- Support investment implementation and follow through.
- Coordinate data gathering, paperwork, and client requests.
- Ensure professional and compliance-aligned communication.
Client Experience
- Act as a polished first point of contact for investment prospects.
- Reinforce planning value, next steps, and expectations.
- Ensure smooth handoffs from prospect to advisor to implementation.
- Nationally recognized brand with strong client trust.

- Exposure to investments and planning without being thrown into a full advisor role.
Plus
- Series 6 or Series 7 license
- Series 63 license
Required
- Comfort with outbound calls and follow-up.
- Strong professional communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, process-driven.
- Interest in investments, financial planning, and client development.
- Early in investment or wealth management career.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and following through.
- Motivated by performance and growth, not just a paycheck.
- Interested in a career path, not just a short-term job.
- Base salary between $35,000 and $55,000 (based on experience).
- Commission and incentives tied to qualified appointments, asset flow, and execution quality.
