Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our successful service center. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive experience. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about service and repair. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and even competitive bonuses are available to our sales representatives. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive.
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Estimate repairs and recommended services.
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database, and create estimates

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
• Prior sales experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
