Hardwood Flooring Installer

We're seeking skilled Hardwood Flooring Subcontractor Installers to join our team at MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios. With expertise in hardwood installation methods, including glue down/full spread and staple down applications, the ideal candidate delivers top-notch craftsmanship and maintains a spotless job site. Please note that sanding and finishing are not required for this role. Our locations in Medina, North Olmsted, and Akron will require occasional travel. Subcontractors are paid by piece work (rate varies by project type and scope).

• Implement seamless hardwood flooring installations using glue down/full spread and staple down methods.
• Evaluate and execute proper acclimation procedures to ensure quality outcomes.
• Perform precise measurements, layouts, and cuts to guarantee flawless results.
• Maintain a pristine job site through daily and final cleanup, adhering to professional standards.
• Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment on all projects.
• Effectively communicate with project managers, team members, and clients.

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials.
• Must carry active business insurance and vehicle insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
• Proven experience in hardwood flooring installation.
• Strong understanding of glue down/full spread and staple down installation methods.

• Reliable transportation and own set of professional tools.
