About the Role:
As a BCBA at Galaxy ABA Therapy, you will have the opportunity to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams in a hybrid setting to ensure client success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
