Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with their individualized plans of care, utilizing your expertise and compassion to ensure their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, promoting seamless communication and coordination of care
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and take prompt action to address any changes or concerns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, providing emotional support and education to empower them in their healthcare journey
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of our care delivery model
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
1+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed, with or without reasonable accommodation
