What You'll Be Doing

As a baker at Minervinis NY Bagel, you’ll play a key role in creating the high-quality bagels we’re known for. Your day will start bright and early, ensuring our customers get to enjoy fresh, warm bagels every morning. Here’s what you can expect in this role:

• Preparing and baking bagels to perfection, following our tried-and-true recipes.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards.
• Assisting with dough preparation, shaping, and baking processes.
• Monitoring baking equipment and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Preparing cream cheese and baked goods.

What We're Looking For

No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to teach you everything you need to know to succeed as a baker with us. Here’s what we’re looking for in a candidate:

• Availability to start work at 3:30 AM—early birds, this one’s for you!
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail to ensure every bagel meets our high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• A passion for baking or an interest in learning the craft.
