FMK Hospitality Group is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Pizza Cook at Papa Joe's Pizza. We would love to welcome potential candidates who are passionate about great food, teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences.

We hold our Pizza Cooks to high standards, expecting each team member to take pride in the quality and presentation of every pizza we serve. From preparing fresh ingredients and building pizzas to maintaining consistency and working together as a team, everything we do is focused on providing the best experience for our guests.

Pizza Cook responsibilities:

• Preparing and assembling pizzas according to Papa Joe's recipes and standards
• Properly portioning ingredients to ensure consistency and quality
• Preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients as needed
• Operating pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and properly
• Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are prepared to our standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Following all food safety and sanitation standards
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Assisting with preparation, stocking, and other kitchen duties as needed
• Taking pride in the quality and presentation of every order
• Supporting the team in creating a positive experience for every guest
