Responsibilities
Welcome visitors to the showroom and help them identify which vehicles align with their daily needs and budget.
Lead test drives and explain the nuances of vehicle technology to ensure customers feel confident behind the wheel.
Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles on the lot so customers always see our best selection.
Guide clients through the buying process, coordinating with the finance department to finalize details.
Follow up with recent buyers to ensure they are satisfied and address any lingering questions about their new purchase.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Strong comfort level with face-to-face communication and building rapport.
Basic computer literacy for processing paperwork and inventory management.
Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
Enthusiasm for learning about vehicle features and new automotive technology.
