Equipment Technician

Monumental Markets is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to join our Service Team! Reporting to the Equipment Service Manager, this role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of coffee and micro-market equipment at customer sites. Primary Responsibilities:Prepare equipment including beverage coolers, fixtures, kiosks and supplies for customer installationsTriage inbound equipment for functionality and conditionMaintain equipment and millwork shop area to company standardsPerform routine preventive maintenance on company coffee, beverage and point-of-sale equipmentComplete basic troubleshooting per training as requiredUpdate call and asset records and communicate call issues to Equipment Service ManagerMaintain company vehicle and parts/supplies in an organized mannerSafely operate and use company vehicles and equipmentAssist with equipment movement activities as necessaryDiagnose, repair, and maintain equipment at client locations Qualifications:Completed technical school or 1+ years' experience in a technical/mechanical role preferred.Proficient use of mobile devices for call management, work instructions and communicationAble to communicate effectively with clients and peersClear driving record with no major moving violations in the last 3 yearsAbility to work a flexible schedule and overtime as required by call volumeAbility to secure and maintain client-required security credentials and site access authorizations necessary to perform assigned dutiesMust be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a driving record that meets company insurance requirements in order to operate a company vehicleMonumental Markets is an equal opportunity employer.
