Payroll Manager | $85K–$110K + bonus| Hybrid | Wayne, PA| Direct Hire
Lead Payroll Across the U.S. & Canada
Take ownership of a high-impact North American payroll function where you’ll lead a team, strengthen processes, and ensure accurate, compliant payroll across the U.S. and Canada. This is an opportunity for an experienced payroll leader to combine hands-on expertise with team development, technology, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead accurate and timely payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada
- Manage and develop a payroll team while building accountability and cross-training
- Oversee payroll tax compliance, reconciliations, reporting, filings, and internal controls
- Partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain strong data integrity
- Improve payroll processes through technology, automation, KPIs, and streamlined workflows
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPP is a plus
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership experience
- Hands-on U.S. and Canadian payroll and tax compliance expertise
- Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP GlobalView
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and strong Excel skills
