Job Description
We're hiring an Insurance Sales Representative at the Lena Yousif Allstate Agency to generate new business through outbound calling, follow-ups, and customer service. You'll educate clients on their insurance options and help them find the right coverage. We're a family-oriented, 17-year-established Allstate agency where hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling and proactive follow-up
- Educate customers on available insurance options and coverage
- Bind policies and guide clients through the sales process
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
- Build long-term relationships with clients to support retention and referrals
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license, or willingness to obtain licensing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals
- Comfortable with outbound calling and consistent follow-up
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
