Job Duties:Perform periodic cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing glass, and removing rubbishCleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuumingGathers and empties trash to include trashcans in the close proximity of exterior main entrancesServices, supplies and cleans restroomsCleans and polishes furniture, windows, glass partitions and mirrors using appropriate cleaning products and spongesMixes water and detergents in containers according to product specifications to prevent damage to floors, fixtures or furnitureNotifies leads and/or manager of need of any major equipment repairs or additions needed in custodial servicesInforms leads and/or manager of supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance dutiesOther Related DutiesAbility to follow basic operating instructionsDemonstrated aptitude for successful completions of assigned tasksMust be able to pass a criminal background security investigation in order to work in assigned areasMust be able to render aid to someone in crisisLaundry ServiceSkills & Requirements:Ability to follow policies and proceduresTB Test and Physical CPR and First aide This may include weekends
