Existing connections with hospitals and/or surgery centers are strongly preferred - this role is built for someone who can walk in with relationships already in place.What You'll Do '05; Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, and other pharmaceutical buyers '05; Promote and sell OurPharma's 503B compounded sterile products in compliance with FDA regulations '05; Manage and grow existing accounts while hunting new business '05; Present products and address stakeholder questions/concerns '05; Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements '05; Track and report on sales activity '05; Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership '05; Stay current on 503B industry trends, regulations, and competitor activityWhat You Bring '14;️ Proven pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically within a 503B outsourcing facility (highly preferred) '14;️ Established relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems (highly preferred) '14;️ Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of hitting/exceeding targets '14;️ Working knowledge of 503B FDA regulations and compliance standards '14;️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills '14;️ Ability to build and execute a strategic sales plan independently '14;️ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office '14;️ Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry eventsCompensation & Perks ????
