Job Title: Floor Care Technician/PM Porter

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and common areas in our healthcare facility. This role is essential to ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

• Daily cleaning, stripping, waxing, and burnishing of floors

• Carpet cleaning and pressure washing of shower areas as needed

• Cleaning elevator tracks and expansion joints

• Safe operation of floor care equipment and proper chemical usage

• Maintaining floor care logs and submitting equipment work orders

• Assisting housekeeping as needed during emergencies

• High school diploma preferred

• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods

• Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a geriatric healthcare setting

• Willing to follow safety, infection control, and facility policies
