In this important role, you’ll lead nursing staff training and development efforts, ensuring our team delivers the highest quality care to our residents.

This is a great opportunity for an RN with at least 1 year of experience who wants to take a step into a leadership role and make a real difference.

• Design and lead comprehensive orientation programs for new nursing staff

• Coordinate ongoing training and in-services to keep staff up to date on best practices and regulations

• Monitor and document staff competencies and certifications to ensure compliance

• Support professional growth and foster a positive, learning-focused environment

• Collaborate with leadership to prepare for surveys and improve quality outcomes

• Active Georgia RN license

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (experience in long-term care is a plus)

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
