If Branson Bank sounds like something you would like to explore more, we welcome you with open arms and cannot wait to meet you!Role OverviewThe Loan Representative I provides administrative and operational support to the lending team, helping keep loan files accurate, complete, and moving through the process in a timely manner.Key responsibilities include assisting loan officers/processors with file setup and closing support; entering and updating loan data in bank systems; preparing routine loan documents, disclosures, and correspondence; tracking files for missing items and following up; supporting renewals, extensions, modifications, and maintenance requests; maintaining organized files to meet policy and regulatory standards; responding to internal/external inquiries; greeting customers and routing them to the right staff; coordinating and assisting with closings, signatures, and post-closing document review; serving as a notary as needed; and completing other assigned projects.Required qualifications/skills:- High school diploma/equivalent (associate degree+ preferred)- 2+ years banking or administrative experience preferred- Loan terminology/banking operations knowledge; strong detail, organization, confidentiality, multitasking, teamwork, communication, customer service, and basic computer proficiencyApply today to be considered.A Typical DayYou’ll work onsite in a professional office setting, partnering closely with loan staff to keep priorities organized and deadlines on track. The day often includes time in bank systems to verify details, periods of focused document review, and steady communication with internal teams and customers to confirm what’s needed next. You’ll shift between planned tasks and time-sensitive requests, staying thorough and discreet with sensitive information.
