Production Support

We are seeking dependable and motivated Production Support Workers to join our manufacturing team on both 1st and 2nd shifts. This position supports production operations by ensuring materials are available, work areas are organized, equipment is supplied, and production lines operate efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate is team-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Support production operations by supplying materials and components to workstations.
• Assist machine operators and production personnel as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas.
• Perform packaging, labeling, sorting, and palletizing of finished products.
• Conduct basic quality inspections and report defects or concerns.
• Move materials using pallet jacks or other approved equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.
• Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic communication and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking for extended periods.
• Repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, and carrying.
