$95,000 – $115,000/year | Full-Time | Hybrid | In-Home ABA | $8,000 Sign-On Bonus
Galaxy ABA Therapy is growing our Northern Virginia team and looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in the Arlington, VA area. You'll be part of a clinician-led practice providing thoughtful, family-centered in-home ABA services to clients ages 2–21 throughout the DMV.

What You'll Do
Complete functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Oversee, train, and provide ongoing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Use data to monitor client progress and refine treatment programming
Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and outside providers to support each client's goals

Practice in alignment with BACB ethical guidelines and internal clinical standards
What We're Looking For
BCBA certification, current and in good standing with the BACB
Virginia LBA license, or eligibility to apply for one
Hands-on experience supervising RBTs and running ABA programs
Clear, professional written and verbal communication

Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for in-home visits
Nice to Have
Background in home-based ABA service delivery
Working knowledge of the Northern Virginia / DMV area and local school systems
Spanish/English bilingual ability
Clinical experience spanning early intervention through adolescent and young adult populations
