We are seeking a polished, hospitality-driven Bartender to join a refined wine lounge experience rooted in culture, conversation, and elevated taste. This is not a traditional bar role—this is a position for someone who understands ambiance, pacing, and the art of service at the highest level.

Our space is designed for discerning guests—individuals who appreciate exceptional wine, thoughtful small plates, and an atmosphere that feels both intimate and intellectually alive. The bartender will play a central role in shaping that experience.

Curate the Guest Experience

• Deliver warm, attentive, and highly personalized service to every guest
• Read the room intuitively—adjust tone, energy, and engagement to match the environment
• Maintain a calm, composed presence during peak hours while preserving the lounge’s elevated atmosphere

Wine & Beverage Expertise

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of wine varietals, regions, tasting notes, and pairings
• Guide guests through the wine list with confidence and sophistication
• Execute a focused menu of classic and refined cocktails with precision
• Maintain proper wine storage, handling, and presentation standards

Food & Pairing Service

• Serve curated small plates with attention to detail and presentation
• Offer pairing recommendations that enhance both the wine and culinary experience
• Ensure seamless coordination between bar and kitchen

Bar Operations & Presentation

• Maintain an impeccably clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area
• Uphold strict standards for glassware, garnishes, and service tools
• Manage inventory, restocking, and daily prep with discipline and efficiency

Atmosphere Stewardship

• Protect the integrity of the space—this is a lounge, not a loud bar
• Contribute to an environment that encourages conversation, reflection, and connection
• Be mindful of music, lighting, and guest flow at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years bartending experience in an upscale bar, wine bar, or fine dining environment
