As well as, basic and supplemental life insurance, short-term and long-term disability as well as other benefits.Description/Position SummaryLocation: Bothell, WA Provide Accounting and Administrative support to local Environmental firm performing duties such as:Track project costs on a daily basis via EQM Daily Work Reports and / or RCMSPerform direct project cost reconciliationProcess project related A/PResponsible for petty cash fundProject related purchasing and/or purchasing supportTrack equipment and material usageAssist with development of Government required reportsPick-up and deliver supplies and equipmentAssist on-site personnel as neededSkills and Experience: General accounting background with experience in A/P and General Ledger Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Microsoft Teams and AdobeAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with staff at all levelsResourceful and works well in a busy environment both as part of a team and individually with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational skillsStrong verbal and writing skillsHigh School diploma required Minimum 2 years administrative and or accounting support roleMust be able to drive vehicle or fly on an airplane independently to and from project site locations.
