Job Title: Full-Time BCBA - Flexible, Hybrid, and CollaborativeLocation: Washington, DC (hybrid model including in-home, school, and virtual settings) Schedule: Full-time with a minimum of 25 billable hours per weekWhat You Can Expect:Hourly rate of $95 to $100 dollars / earning potential = $132,6000 - $139,100Annual earning potential based on billable hours and additional non-billable timeConsistent caseload with strong administrative and clinical supportFlexible daytime schedule tailored to your availabilityHybrid model including in-home, school-based, and virtual workVirtual supervision options when appropriateA mission-driven, team-oriented environmentPrimary Responsibilities:Conduct functional behavior assessments and write individualized treatment plansDeliver direct supervision and support to RBTs in person and via telehealthCollaborate with caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary professionalsMonitor data, evaluate progress, and revise treatment plans accordinglyEnsure accurate, timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and organizational standardsAbout the Role: National Therapy Center is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing ABA team in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility to work across home, school, and virtual environments with clinical support and a manageable caseload. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA services and committed to achieving a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.We welcome both seasoned BCBAs and senior or lead therapists who plan to sit for their BCBA exam within the next 90 days.
