Position Overview:
As a Financial Professional at Mehrhoff Insurance Agency Inc., you will leverage an existing Property & Casualty (P&C) book of approximately 1,500 households to develop and expand a robust financial advisory practice. This role requires a proactive individual with the necessary securities licenses to provide tailored investment and financial planning services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow a financial advisory practice using the agency’s existing P&C client base.
  • Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to clients.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to identify and meet their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with agency staff to integrate financial advisory services with existing insurance offerings.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously update knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications:
  • Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses are required.
  • Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance licenses preferred; must be obtained upon receiving a job offer if not already licensed.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and grow a book of business.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and meet financial goals.
Compensation:
  • Base salary of $40,000-$75,00 based on experience and existing book of business
  • Earning potential exceeding $150,000 based on performance and growth of financial advisory practice.
