Delivery Driver CDL B
Summary: Nassau Provisions is seeking professional, hard-working, CDL Drivers for local and interstate deliveries.
CDL DRIVERS WANTED!!!
Food Distributor on Long Island is seeking experienced Class B drivers for local and interstate deliveries:
Monday to Friday beginning at 5 or 6am (depending on route).Drivers make 10-12 stops per day.
Class B drivers earn $26.00 an hourRequirements and Qualifications
\tNO moving violations, NO points, and NO accidents in the last three years
\tMUST have Valid Class A or Class B drivers license
\tMust pass FMCSA pre-employment background and drug screen
\tMUST have an up-to-date DOT Medical Card
\t2+ years proven experience with tractor-trailer driving preferred for Class A
\t2+ years proven experience with straight truck/box truck preferred for Class B
\tMust make in-store deliveries when required
\tMaintain compliance with all DOT regulations
\tComplete pre and post inspections
\tSkilled at driving large vehicles, parking in tight spaces, driving in NYC (all 5-boroughs)
\tAbility to lift up to 60 lbs. while bending, pushing, pulling on a consistent basis
\tAble to operate electric lift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.
\tProficient using GPS and other driver routing system
\tTeam player, reliable and professional, courteous, and professional manner at all times
