We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced DSPs to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Available Openings

Community Participation Support (CPS)

• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Sperry St., Philadelphia, PA 19152

Overnight DSP

• Schedule: Overnight Shift
• Hours: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Location: 73rd Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19126

Job Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Support community integration and participation
• Implement individualized support plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals served
• Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed

Requirements

• Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required
• Experience working in a residential setting is strongly preferred
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
