In this key leadership role, you will guide a custodial team across multiple contract sites, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in alignment with both agency standards and client expectations.As the Custodial Crew Leader, you'll take the lead in operations, offering hands-on support, coaching staff, and fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You will play an active role in scheduling, transporting crew members to job sites, and keeping accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and supplies used.
