Automotive Parts Counter Associate

Toyota of Murfreesboro is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team. We are a high-volume dealership and in search of those that will thrive in a fast-paced environment while also being able to deliver quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service to internal and external customers
• Assist all customer in selecting required parts accurately
• Answer phone calls to provide price quotes and other information
• Pull and fill orders from stock
• Participate with Parts Manager in maintaining lost sales

Requirements

• 1 year of dealership parts experience or 5 years of aftermarket parts experience
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Able to lift and carry parts of various size and weights
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
