Responsibilities:
- Present customized insurance solutions and educate customers on available coverage options
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and outbound prospecting activities
- Maintain detailed customer records
- Conduct regular policy reviews, customer follow-ups, and renewal discussions to maintain strong client relationships
- Support customers throughout the claims process and provide responsive service when questions arise
Manage policy renewals and customer follow-ups
Participate in training and licensing (if not currently licensed)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Comprehensive training program
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, insurance, or a related client-focused field
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
- Agriculture experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines
- Must obtain required insurance licenses and develop expertise in the industry
