Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field and community outreach to promote brand awareness and services
- Perform market research to identify potential customers and assess community needs
- Engage in door-to-door marketing and in-person promotional efforts
- Utilize telemarketing and outbound calling strategies to generate qualified leads
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns
- Collaborate with team members on fundraising and promotional initiatives
- Negotiate with prospective partners and clients to secure agreements and partnerships
- Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences
- Supervise and coordinate outreach activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards
- Minimum 2 years of field marketing or outreach experience (required)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and community engagement strategies
- Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently in diverse, field-based environments
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)
- Work Environment: Hybrid remote with regular field work
