Career Path & Compensation

  • Apprentice (0–6 months): $20/hour
  • Wildlife Tech Level 1 (6–12 months): $21/hour + production commission + lead bonuses
  • Wildlife Tech Level 2 (12–36 months): $22/hour + sales commission + increased lead bonuses
  • Senior Technician: $23/hour + leadership incentives + annual performance bonus
  • Team Lead: $25/hour + leadership bonus structure
  • Service Manager: Salary position with full leadership compensation package

What You’ll Actually DoThis is a fast-paced technical field role requiring both physical endurance and strong attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspecting homes for pest and wildlife activity
  • Diagnosing entry points and infestation causes
  • Applying treatments and exclusion solutions
  • Setting and removing wildlife traps
  • Performing exclusion and repair work
  • Managing documentation and service records accurately
  • Communicating findings clearly and professionally with homeowners
  • Managing your own daily route and workflow
You will frequently work:

  • in attics
  • crawl spaces
  • on ladders
  • outdoors in Florida weather

What We’re Looking ForRequired

  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and on ladders
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
  • Strong personal accountability and work ethic
  • Ability to work independently without constant oversight
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Clear, direct communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure, interruptions, and shifting priorities
  • Pass background check and drug screening
Strongly Preferred

  • Pest control, wildlife, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or technical field service experience
  • Experience managing routes or working independently
  • Stable work history with demonstrated reliability
  • Experience in customer-facing environments
