We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Janitorial Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff at various client locations. This is an evening, after-hours position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work alongside the team to ensure high cleaning standards are met.
We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Janitorial Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff at various client locations. This is an evening, after-hours position requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a willingness to work alongside the team to ensure high cleaning standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and coordinate janitorial staff across assigned locations
- Perform cleaning duties alongside team members as needed
- Ensure all client facilities are cleaned to company standards and client expectations
- Conduct routine inspections of job sites to maintain quality control
- Train new employees on proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Address and resolve employee or client concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as needed
- Communicate regularly with management regarding staffing, performance, and site conditions
Qualifications:
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work evening/night shifts consistently
Compensation & Schedule:
- Salaried position equivalent to $12–$14/hour, based on experience
- Evening, after office-hours schedule
