Janitorial Superintendent
Regional Property Management Company is seeking energetic, experienced Janitorial Superintendent candidate for an apartment complexes located in Orange County NY. The candidate we are seeking must demonstrate stable experience in a similar position and possess the requisite skills to perform light handiwork. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and present a professional appearance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the daily building and grounds maintenance, care and operation, including upkeep of all common areas, and overall facility. Additional cleaning and maintenance duties may be assigned as required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Hands-on or cumulative work experience may substitute for formal training or certification.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS None Required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to lift 0-50-lbs.
