In this role, you'll work directly with customers to identify their financial protection needs and provide personalized solutions through Life & Health insurance and Medicare products. Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to identify Life & Health insurance and Medicare opportunities.
  • Educate clients on available coverage options and recommend solutions that align with their goals.
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, outbound prospecting, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and additional financial protection opportunities.
  • Stay current on Life & Health insurance products, Medicare guidelines, and industry changes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
  • Medicare certification or experience selling Medicare products strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in financial services, insurance, Medicare, or related sales preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to follow through and manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for helping customers make informed financial decisions.
