Job Description:Jack in the Box, an independently owned franchise, is currently hiring for Team Members inyour area. We're looking for friendly, customer oriented individuals with good math, reading,writing and verbal communication skills. Team Members are responsible for delivering anexceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting/qualityfood, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests by performing one or moreworkstations in accordance with JIB procedures, systems, and standards, and 20/20 guestexpectations.Team Members will:Focus on providing excellent customer service to guests and ensuring a hassle freeexperienceTreat others with dignity and respectEnjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy, and team-oriented environmentHave high ethical standardsWillingly accept and comply with Company grooming and appearance standardsLearn to work a variety of positions within the restaurant.Requirements: Must have reliable transportationQualifications:Experience - Guest service or food cook/preparation experience helpful; comfort working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 16 years old. Understands and communicates clearly in English, may require ability to speak another language based on location of restaurant. Ability to read and understand written English, perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply); perform multiple tasks at once; and work effectively in a team environment.Physical Requirements - Ability to stand and walk approximately 90%-95% of shift and move freely throughout the restaurant; ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs.
