Seasonal Lifeguard

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced swimmer with a passion for safety and helping others to join our team as a Lifeguard. In this role, you will help provide the peace of mind that allows our members and guests to enjoy a safe, memorable and positive experience while maintaining the high standards of our club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor pools and water attractions to ensure the safety of all members and guests
• Maintain safety throughout all aquatic areas, including the waterslide, baby pool and play area
• Enforce pool rules while promoting a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient pool operations
• Prevent, recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies

Qualifications:

• Must hold current lifeguard and related safety certifications
• Must be able to work Labor Day Weekend
• Previous lifeguard experience is preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, good judgement, and strong attention to saftey
  
• Friendly and approachable, with a strong commitment to member and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including exposure to sun and
  heat.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
