Civita Care Center at Cheshire is seeking a Registered Nurse Supvisor (RN) with a passion for working with seniors and delivering top-quality care.

Key Responsibilities for Weekend Nurse Supervisor:

• Oversee the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON)

• Review staffing at the change of each shift and make adjustments to ensure all resident care needs are met

• Complete patient care rounds, ensuring high-quality care for all residents

• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications of Weekend Nurse Supervisors:

• Valid RN license

• Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience required

• Valid CPR certification

• Long-term care or nursing home experience required

• Supervising experience required

• A compassionate heart for working with seniors and making a real impact in their lives
