We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
Position Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
• Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality-improvement initiatives
• Monitor patient care and clinical outcomes
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, residents, patients, and families
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, compassion, and excellence
• This is a remote opportunity, must have a clean MVR

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
• Previous nursing leadership or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
