What you’ll do

• Configure and run CNC lathes to meet print requirements and quality targets.
• Monitor machine performance; adjust tooling, offsets, and parameters to maintain consistency and efficiency.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Verify part conformance using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and help resolve production challenges with the team.
• Keep the work area safe and orderly while following all safety guidelines.
• Record production data accurately and maintain clear job documentation.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical machining education/certification is a plus).
• Proven CNC lathe experience and a strong understanding of CNC programming concepts and machining methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with confidence.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to top-tier quality.
• Comfort operating independently and within a fast-moving team setting.
• Familiarity with quality control practices and use of precision gauges.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive maintenance approach.
