Full-Time Housekeeper / Household Assistant

A private family is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and detail-oriented household professional to care for their main residence and separate guest house. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining beautiful homes, enjoys cooking, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Cooking is a major part of the position, including simple Chinese-style home cooking, meal planning, grocery shopping, and preparing meals throughout the week. Responsibilities will also include deep cleaning and general upkeep of both homes, laundry and linen changes, maintaining the kitchen, preventative household maintenance, pool-area upkeep, and occasional assistance when the family hosts guests or events. The family has two small dogs, so candidates should be comfortable with dogs and able to assist with walks, basic care, and providing reliable care for the dogs when the family travels. The family is looking for someone who is trustworthy, genuine, respectful of privacy, professional, emotionally stable, hardworking, and not overly talkative, with strong attention to detail and personal integrity. The family does not have children and values someone who will quietly take initiative and care for the household as if it were their own. The position is open to live-in or live-out candidates
