About the Role:

As a RN Unit Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of registered nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

  • Developing and implementing effective policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure seamless operations

  • Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and mentoring staff to promote professional growth and development

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure integrated care and effective communication

  • Monitoring patient outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
