A hospital in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a mid-level ICU Registered Nurse to join its critical care unit. This is an in-person, on-site position with partial relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the area.
The role. The ICU Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting, applying clinical judgment and critical care competencies to monitor and manage acutely ill patients. The position requires a candidate with a solid foundation in registered nursing and the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
What we're looking for.
- Active New Mexico RN License
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- If relocating, must be available to start within 30–45 days
- Preferred: ACLS and PALS (required within six months of hire)
Compensation. $74,880 - $90,000 per year
