Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 10:45pm – 7:00am

Crucial Link is hiring for a 3rd Shift Material Handler in Cleveland (44135). This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity with growth potential for reliable and safety-minded individuals. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth material flow across production, shipping, and receiving operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport and supply raw materials and finished goods per move tickets or verbal instructions
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift and/or pallet jack
- Receive, label, and store raw materials in assigned warehouse locations
- Supply production with necessary materials and return unused stock to proper locations
- Complete move tickets accurately and maintain inventory flow records
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all plant safety, housekeeping, and quality standards
- Participate in overtime and meetings as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience as a Material Handler or similar warehouse role preferred
- Certified or qualified to operate forklifts (company certification provided if needed)
- Ability to lift, move, and stack materials safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal/written directions
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
